The
P.A.W.System alleviates the discomfort associated
with traditional neck collars for one or more dogs, reducing
potentially harmful stress
and strain on their neck muscles and cervical areas that can be
caused by neck-collars. The potential for neck-area injuries is
amplified for dogs that tend to "pull" while exercising.
The
P.A.W.System also helps alleviate discomfort for
humans, too, as regular walks using only a traditional leash or lead
can contribute to arm and shoulder strain or pinched
nerves.
Furthermore,
if traditional lead/leash and neck collars are used on
walks, safety can be compromised because one hand is constantly
required to hold the lead or leash, reducing the control of
your dog(s) and the guardian's ability to react to situations
encountered while out on the walk.
Using a traditional leash,
and avoiding the use of retractable
leashes provides an additional margin of safety and control over
your canine buddy while you get outside and enjoy the great
outdoors.
